Welcome to the Home Run House! Designed and built by Sellers and Company Architects, the Home Run House will be a prototype net zero 'smart' home. The Home Run House is a testing ground for the latest HVAC and building technologies, as well as some of our own design/build methods. With the knowledge gained here, we will be able to produce smart homes such as this one, with improved efficiency in the years to come. We are excited to share our journey with you on this blog
