Prepping for the next concrete pour


The forms are ready to pour now. We just have to wait for the roads to dry up so the concrete trucks can come up to pour this level.

Laying pipe!


Geothermal pipes are put down for drains and heating.

Using I.C.F. (insulated concrete forms) speeds up the process of setting the forms in place. These forms snap together like Legos and have integrated attachments for rebar.

Setting the Geothermal

The first concrete forms for the house's foundation are put in place. Geothermal piping to heat and cool the house is laid out.
